Notes from Philip Bloom

Information taken from a fax to Jenny from Philip Broom
UHF in conjunction with low dose radiation for the treatment of Cancer.
This treatment modality is currently not available in Australia although it is in use in the USA and dates back to the 1930s, when successfully practiced by a French medical Doctor Dr Denier.
The treatment is the only cancer treatment that embodies a biological enhancer to the cancer treatment in this case, radiotherapy.
UHF radio waves are taken up at a different ratio by cancer cells to healthy tissue. This has been published by Dr Joines of Duke University USA> The energy from the UHF causes a greater number of cancer cells to go into division (mitosis). When cells are dividing they are at their most sensitive or vulnerable stage and able to be destroyed by low dose radiation, generally around 1/2 the current oncology radio therapy dose with treatment usually of 3 weeks duration.
Dr Bill Caldwell, a highly respected USA head and neck cancer specialist from Chicago, reported on patients receiving this successful treatment back in the 70's. No surgery and a 7-year survival rate.
There are virtually no side effects, no scarring, no hair falling out, in fact no side effects at all.
Dr Elanor Adair from the US Air Force laboratory in Texas in a paper sponsored by the US Govt. published her findings on a group of human volunteers receiving UHF radiowaves 450mhz showing no side effects at all.
The biological effect of heat or some other stress factor on dividing cells is not only well understood but is the basis of some hyperthermia cancer treatments currently available in the USA and Germany. These treatments use much higher temperatures to achieve cell destruction, while UHF produces only a slight temperature elevations which stresses the cancer cell sending it into increased cell division and consequently greatly increased vulnerability to a much lower dose of radiation.
A number of eminent scientists are behind the promotion of this treatment to see it offered in Australia as an addition to current treatment methods for cancer.
Yours truly,
Philip Bloom.
